We represent plans with "traditional" and newer "linked-benefit" (or "hybrid") LTC policy designs.  We have LTC policies that pay benefits on a "reimbursement" or a "cash benefit" basis.  We have plans with guaranteed premiums, limited-pay premiums (single-pay, 5-pay, 10-pay, 15-pay), and with return of premium options if you never need care.  We also have plans that still offer a lifetime or unlimited LTC benefit period.
