One of only a handful of LTC specialists to hold both the Certified Senior Advisor, CSA
(R) and Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designations, Bill serves as a national faculty member for both prestigious designations programs.
Bill also consults nationally with the home care industry educating care providers on how to work more effectively with clients who have LTC insurance to help them through the often-confusing insurance claim process. He was a contributor and technical editor on the book
